What the fine print says
- Change-of-mind returns are narrower than the badges. Dnsys takes back only unopened, unactivated units and won’t take back the X1 Carbon Pro at all[1]. - Your country changes the terms. Dnsys doesn’t support returns from Canada, takes UK returns only for quality problems, and doesn’t list Australia in its shipping or return policy[1, 5]. Prices and terms by country
- Hypershell’s UK warranty is stated two ways. The warranty policy gives UK customers 2 years; the UK product page says 12 months[6, 7].
- Both brands require independent walking. Hypershell says “Requires unassisted walking and balance” and that it is not a medical device, while its blog markets the device to older users[4, 8]. What the brands require
