Dnsys X1 (Lite, Carbon, Carbon Pro): prices, specs and return rules
Dnsys's hip exoskeleton in three configurations. Carbon Pro adds a second battery and titanium alloy parts, and it is the configuration Dnsys says it will not take back.

The X1 is Dnsys’s hip exoskeleton, sold in three configurations on dnsys.ai. The X1 Carbon comes with one battery (15 km); the X1 Carbon Pro adds a second battery (30 km total) and titanium alloy mechanical parts[1]. The page lists no battery or range figures for the X1 Lite.
The biggest buying difference is the return rule. Dnsys says the Carbon Pro “includes custom services and does not offer returns or exchanges”[2].
Check before you order
- Canada: Dnsys doesn’t support returns, and shipping costs USD 50. UK: returns only for quality issues. Australia: not listed in the shipping or return policy[2, 3].
- Battery capacity in watt-hours isn’t published, so you can’t check an airline’s limit from official information.
- Dnsys asks that you can walk unaided at 1 m/s or faster and says the X1 is not for people with limited balance[4].
- Dnsys says the X1 Smart Battery Kit is not compatible with the Z1 series, and that using the wrong batteries or charging dock may damage the device[1].

Who Dnsys says can use it
| Who the brand says can use it | Written for the X1: you should be able to walk unaided at 1 m/s (about 3.6 km/h) or faster; “If you have limited balance capabilities, DNSYS is not your choice”; not recommended if you have skeletal, muscular or neurological issues.[4] |
